Topic Mentor
An online application tool is on work for future.
Application Form
Ask Steve, he knows! We all know a Steve somewhere. Someone who has an answer to everything. THAT is a topic sponsor! As a topic sponsor* you take responsibility for a topic area. In club language you would call that a trainer for a "division". (Example: football trainer for the A-youth team) With us you are then a trainer for the health area, topic: nutrition. This makes you the first point of contact for everyone else who wants to publish articles in your area.
The topic sponsor (coach or mentor) organizes online or live events in his area, with his area members. Or for all of us! He is the first point of contact for the other members in his area. He is also the contact for the board for his area. He takes responsibility for ensuring that the articles in his area follow the club code and therefore do not contain any racist, discriminatory, politically or religiously opinion-forming statements. (Sidenote: We as a club cannot talk about this often enough! This is one of the basic rules of the club!) He is free to design his area within the club code. If you like pink picture frames, then you do everything in pink picture frames. He is responsible for his theme members... or let's call it the team. But also for misconducts, which must be reported to the board if this cannot be resolved "in private" in his area.
An annual membership is required. Why? Because it is a responsible task that the association has entrusted you with. And because it is about trust, you should also want to be there for a certain period of time by yourself. Simply send an email to kontakt@wasdichbewegt.com, stating that you would like to take over area X as a theme sponsor. The board will speak to you personally, listen to your ideas and goals and carry out the appropriate communication internally and externally that YOU are now the theme sponsor and first point of contact for your area.
Now you're really making a difference! Your own team in an area where you feel comfortable and safe. And honestly: THIS is how you really make a difference! How cool is that?
